Each Day Students are able to Earn 15 points.
5 points are earned for properly completing stretches.
5 points are earned by completing an aerobic activity, this includes jogging laps but may also include agility activities or jump roping. Activities vary with the season.
5 points are earned by Following Directions/Rules and Participating in the Daily Activity.
P.E. is a participation class. All students are expected to participate unless they have a note excusing them due to injury or illness.
If your child is ill or injured and unable to physically participate he/she will receive a written assignment in lieu of a participation grade for that day.
Grades are updated weekly in Powerschool. You may check your child's grade at any time by logging into Powerschool. Due to the rotating schedule your child's class may have P.E. once or twice a week. If it is once, their weekly grade is based on 15 points. If it is twice, their weekly grade is based on 30 points.
